Discounts (Not cumulative)
- 10% discount to CIA2011/EnviroAsia2011 Exhibitors
- 15% discount to ICS Members. ( A code must be stated during the registration process in order to qualify for this discount)
- 20% discount to groups of 4 or more registering from the same organisation. Delegates must register as a group

Accepted modes of payment
- Online registration requires a valid VISA or Mastercard for immediate payment.
- For offline registrations via the PDF form, payment may be made via bank draft, cheque, ALL credit cards or telegraphic transfer.

Cancellations / Substitutions
Substitutions or cancellations should be made in writing before 21 Oct 2011. Refunds will be subjected to an administrative charge to be borne by the registrant. Bank charges that occur will also have to be borne by the registrant. No refunds will be provided for cancellation or no-show after 21 Oct 2011.
Additional points to note

The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to any delegate as it deems fit.

The organiser will make every attempt to accommodate all registered delegates. However it reserves the right to stop registration before the closing date in the event of a full house.

| 3. |
In the event of a full house, the organiser will contact unsuccessful delegates to arrange for a refund of any registration fees that may have been paid.

| 4. |
Should there be a need to cancel the event, the organiser will refund delegates for registration fees paid, and will not be held responsible for any travel and/or accommodation costs incurred.

| 5. |
All visitors must be in proper attire. Those in shorts, bermudas, singlet or slippers will not be allowed entry. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to delegates who are not properly dressed.
