Graham joined KPMG's Sustainability Advisory team in 2011. He has over 13 years of experience, 9 of those in Asia, working in sustainability, CSR, investor relations and ESG consulting and research.
He has advised many companies in all aspects of sustainability, especially developing strategy, assessment, reporting, capacity building, communications and stakeholder engagement. He has being involved in the production of over 20 corporate reports including a number of GRI accredited reports.
Graham has advised a number of Singapore listed companies on their communications and investor relations programmes and has undertaken complex stakeholder engagement projects and led large-scale studies on corporate transparency, disclosure, CSR and ESG He currently teaches Corporate Governance at the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and has acted as an advisor to the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in Singapore.
Clients have included Keppel Corporation, Singapore Environment Council, Sembcorp Industries, CapitaLand, Chevron, Senoko Energy, SingTel, ACCA, Aviva, Tanjong Plc and Halcyon Agri.

Dr Martin Blake

For seven years, up until October 2010, Dr Blake led the Social Responsibility and Sustainability Teams at Royal Mail as well as designing and deploying an international award winning Carbon Management Programme to combat climate change. During those seven years Royal Mail won over 75 National and International awards for CSR.
Prior to joining Royal Mail Dr Blake spent over 20 years in the Middle East working first for an American Healthcare provider and later the largest oil company in the world, Saudi Aramco. He has over 25 years’ experience in business management, Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability. He holds an MBA in Organisational Analysis and Strategic Management and his Doctorate in Business (DBA) focused on Organisational Change.
Dr Blake now divides his professional life between Australia, Asia and Europe. He is an Adjunct Professor of Sustainable Business Development at both Griffith University and the University of Southern Queensland. He is also a nonexecutive director for Ecologic (green transport and logistics) in USA; Sabien Technology Group, Industry Re Ltd and Amida Recruiting in UK; Executive Director of The GreenAsia Group and Executive Chairman of Carbon Zero Solutions (Sustainability and Carbon Management Consultancy) in UK and Asia-Pacific and a member of The Strategic Advisory Board for Global Carbon Systems, Australia.
Dr Blake is a Member of the Institute of Directors and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management. He chairs and advises a multitude of strategic groups, all focused on the development and deployment of low carbon infrastructure. Dr Blake is also a strategic advisor to the Scottish Government’s Renewable Energy group.

Dr. Zainuddin A. Manan is a Chartered Professional Engineer, an Energy Professional, a Professor and the Founding Director of Process Systems Engineering Centre (PROSPECT), UTM, Johor. He is also the Dean of UTM Faculty of Chemical Engineering. He holds BSc in Chemical Engineering from University of Houston, USA, MSc in Process Integration from Centre for Process Integration, UMIST, UK, and PhD in Chemical Engineering from University of Edinburgh, Scotland.
He was an engineer in PETRONAS and Hume Industries, and has been extensively involved as a researcher, consultant and trainer on sustainable systems planning and engineering with emphasis on energy and resource efficiency (pinch analysis) for 20 years.
Prof Zain has completed over 50 R & D & consultancy projects for local and multinational companies. He holds several patents and has more than 200 publications which include books, more than 80 refereed journals and more than 100 conference papers.
He is Malaysia’s lead certified trainer for Malaysia's energy managers accreditation and also a leading instructor in Malaysia for professional courses on process engineering for more than 300 companies.
Prof Zain is a vice-chairman of the Board of Judges for ASEAN Energy Awards program.

Dr Sharifah Rafidah Datu’ Wan Alwi

Dr Sharifah Rafidah is the Director of PROSPECT in UTM. Within her brief career of less than five years and at the age of 30, she has been extensively involved as a consultant in ten consultancy projects for various companies and government agencies and has trained engineers from more than 50 companies.
She specialises in process systems engineering with emphasis on resource conservation. She holds 5 product patents, and has more than 60 publications consisting of, refereed journals, conference papers, magazine articles, book chapters and monographs. She has also been involved as the editor of an indexed journal and has been appointed as reviewer for 12 international journals. Her works are also being commercialized as software products.
She received her PhD at the age of 26 from UTM, making her one of the two youngest PhD holders in Malaysia at that time. She was awarded the Maal Hijrah 2008 (New Year Icon of 2008) Award – Glorious Achievement by the Sarawak state government and the Excellent Service Award by UTM in 2007 and 2011. Due to her exceptional achievements, she was appointed directly to the post of senior lecturer in 2007. Her PhD work on water minimisation has won the 2008 Prince Sultan Abdul Aziz International Water Award, by the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
She also won the Green Talents 2009 award from the Federal Ministry of Research Germany for her excellence in environmental research and was also among the five shortlisted candidates for the global IChemE Young Engineer Award 2009. She was recently awarded Highly Commended Sir Frederick Warner Prize 2011 from IChemE UK.

Dr Fatida is a scientist at SIMTech, A*STAR. She specialises in carbon footprint assessment and reduction strategies for sustainable manufacturing.
Dr Fatida has managed and conducted consulting projects to provide insights and tools for various industry sectors in Singapore, China and S/E Asia region.
She holds a PhD and a Bachelor degree with first class honours in Manufacturing Engineering from University of New South Wales, Australia.
